Vital Fitness are a small group Personal Training boutique gym facility where every member has a Personal Trainer for every session they attend. Alongside their personal training, they have created extra complimentary coaching style sessions that are smaller groups than normal big box gyms to ensure the coaching experience is of the utmost quality. They also train all their clients' children for free in our weekly family fit sessions, to promote a healthy lifestyle for their children, as we believe that children are a product of their environment.
